We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the dispatch date. To qualify for a return, your
item must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and unworn – The item must remain in its original, brand-new condition
Original packaging intact – All tags, labels, and packaging must be included
Return window respected – You must submit your return request within the 14-day period
If an item does not meet these requirements, our team may be unable to process the return after inspection. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining product quality for all customers.

2 Submit a return request – Contact us via email or our returns portal with your order details
3 Package the item securely – Use the original packaging to protect the belt during transit
4 Send the item back – Ship the return to the address provided in our return confirmation

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the next steps.
After successfully inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment
method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your
account.
Once the refund is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email for your records.
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we have
sent a defective or incorrect item. In those instances, we will cover the return postage.
Changed your mind shortly after placing an order? No problem.
You may cancel your order within 1 day of placement to receive a full refund, including any shipping
costs paid. Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a full refund, as
your order may already be in production or dispatch.

we do not offer refunds on custom orders. Please review all customization details carefully before
